Our goal is to provide you with a top shelf product received via top shelf service and process, let’s be honest, sometimes what we order doesn’t arrive as we expected.

We strive for your order to be as blessed as possible, however sometimes as humans a mistake may be made such as sending the wrong shirt or there is a small mark on the print (arrgghh!)

Thankfully concerns like these represent less then 1% of our orders however when they happen, WE FIX IT! The last thing we want is one of our awesome customers not happy with their purchase…

 

Incorrectly Fulfilled or Damaged Items

Messiah Originals will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or is incorrect from your order specifics (wrong design, style/colour/sizes).

This is done at no cost to you in any way, shape or form, including postage or garment.

We pray you shouldn’t have to but if you do have any issues like mentioned above, scroll down to our Returns Process for how to get the ball rolling so we can fix it...

 

Change of Mind

At this stage we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind, including ordering the wrong size or style. Please be mindful of this when ordering.

We are working towards exchanges being available in the future!

 

Returns Process

Request a Return

• To request a return, simply email hello@messiahoriginals.com within 7 days of receiving your order
• Your email should contain the following information
  • Order number
  • Details of the fault/issue
  • Photos of the fault/issue to verify
• Once your return has been lodged and approved, you will receive an email from our customer support team with instructions on how to send your item back to Messiah Originals (if applicable)
• The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless advised by Messiah Originals.

Processing your return

• Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery
• Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received.
• If you paid via card, funds take 5-7 business days to securely process.
• You will receive a courtesy email update from Messiah Originals as soon as your refund has been initiated.
